Company’s history dates back to 1984, when Stavros Tsiknakis ,the founder of the company found a small bakery shop in their home village Petrokefali in Crete island.

In the year 1991 the facilities of the company moved to a new more proprietary place.

That fact signals the rise of a new era. Pioneers in BIO rusks products.

The TSIKNAKIS RUSK started to gain fame very fast out of the borders of the Island of Crete maintaining high level product quality up to the international standards such as IFS ones and channel a nutritional pure product to the markets.
