Pecorino Cheese

It is a hard cheese, with pale yellow color, with hard skin with a spicy and harsh taste and characteristic aroma, with a compact structure in which there are usually scattered irregular holes. Based on a traditional Greek recipe, it is characterized by a rich aroma and spicy taste. A special feature is its characteristic salty taste.
